Hello, I remember that if you upgrade account inmediatly you receive the double chances to ad grid.

But I didn't receive these chances, I have only 15 chances to ad grid. What is wrong? Its a fake promotion?

Me as a Golden member having a 25 chances, so everything is fine, on every upgrade memberships you do get higher and higher, the chances increases , it's definitely not about the double what you saying.

It depends on the upgrade you chose. You can get up to double such as gold max members get 30 chances. The thing to note here is since you upgraded your win probability went from 16% to 100%. As an upgraded member you win every time.

Yes it will be the same for extension of any memberships you move from one to another / or extend your current one. Untill unless there is some promotions going on.
